Dr. Prem Reddy was born in a rural village in India. In 1976 he and his wife shifted to the United States with hopes of brighter future. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease at the Down State Medical Center, S.U.N.Y. in Brooklyn, New York. In 1981, premreddy moved to California and established his medical practice in the High Desert area of Southern California.
Dr. Reddy is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He was awarded the honor of becoming a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (F.A.C.C.) and a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (F.A.C.P.). Premreddy as 25 years of experience as a cardiologist and has been deeply committed to the service of his patients. Up to now he has performed more than 5,000 cardiac procedures, including angioplasty, coronary angio-graphy and permanent pacemaker implementations. In 2001, Dr. Prem Reddy founded Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS) a hospital management company which is a progressive, innovative and rapidly expanding hospital management company in Southern California. Prime Healthcare Services currently owns and operates Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino, Montclair Hospital Medical Center in Montclair, Sherman Oaks Hospital and the Grossman Burn Center in Sherman oaks, West Anaheim Medical Center in Anaheim, Huntington Beach Hospital in Huntington Beach and La Palma Intercommunity Hospital in La Palma, California. more ...
